Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Cotton Mark (Hereinafter referred to as “Platform” or Website”). As a platform offering 100% cotton garments, we ensure the quality of our products and stand behind them with our guarantee of colors. This policy ensures transparency and clear understanding. By purchasing with us, you agree to adhere to the terms of this policy.
1. We guarantee the colors of our garments for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If the garment loses color within or during this period due to regular wear and proper care, we will consider the return and after inspection, we will issue a full refund to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days, provided that:
- The garment must be returned within one year from the date of purchase,
- The garment must show signs of color loss,
- The customer must provide proof of purchase,
- The customer must follow the fabric-tested washing instructions provided by us.
- You can apply for return item(s) through our complaint number or email address appearing on our website. We may ask you to share a photo and video of the product (if required). The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
4. For the reasons attributed in clause 3, the customer may make a complaint about the order or the product on our complaint number or email address appearing on our website within 7 days of receiving the product. The request will be considered only once we have checked and inspected the same at our end. We may ask you to provide us with the pictures of the defective product.
- If the product delivered to the Customer is defective.
- If the customer has been shipped with the wrong order.
- The Company shall either replace the product or provide the customer with a new and correct product or it shall refund the money into the account of the customer provided if the product cannot be replaced. Such refund shall take place after verification of the defective product is completed by us. Once we verify the defective product, we initiate a refund within 7-10 business days.
- If the customer fails to make the complaint within 7 days of receiving the order, the Company shall not be liable towards any refunds or replacements.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Return Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our Platform.
