We are one of the only luxury apparel brands focused on providing 100% certified cotton apparels, verified by third-party, well-reputed textile labs listed among the top five in India. We are committed to offering the best in men's formal shirts and will soon expand our range to include casual wear, formal wear, ethnic wear, and accessories for men, women, and children.

What types of apparels do you offer?

Currently, we offer Men's Formal Shirts. We plan to introduce casual wear, formal wear, ethnic wear, and accessories for men, women, and children soon. How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram Messenger. For website orders, simply browse our collection, select the items you wish to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can then complete your order using your preferred method.

Do you have a physical store?
No, we operate exclusively online but participate in pop-up events and exhibitions. We don't have company-owned stores and don't plan to open any. Instead, we rely on dealerships, franchises, and agents to share the wealth through business partnerships.

How can I find the serial number for my product?

You can find the serial number on the price tag of the product box, the price tag on the product itself, or on the invoice. If you purchased the product from a dealership or franchise, you could ask them directly or send us the invoice copy at support@cottonmark.co.in or via our official WhatsApp number, and we will share the serial number with you. Why is the product serial number important?
The product serial number is unique for each item we manufacture, even if multiple items are made from the same batch of fabric with identical quality, texture, and composition. This uniqueness helps us provide discounts and offers to customers who have purchased products within certain serial number ranges. Additionally, it allows you to obtain a duplicate invoice, an apparel certificate, or check the original lab testing report for the fabric used in your apparel.
What is your return policy?

We have a 7-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags intact and attached with the company tag seal. Additionally, return all original packaging and any complimentary supplies received with the product (if any). For more details, please refer to our "Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy" and "Shipping and Delivery Policy."

What is your Refund policy?

How can I access the Original Lab testing report for my apparel?

You can download the original lab report from our website by clicking on the "LAB RESULTS" menu and entering your product serial number to view or download it directly.

How do I get a duplicate invoice?

Just email us at support@cottonmark.co.in, contact us on our toll-free number 1-800-266-7016, or WhatsApp us on our official number. Please note that duplicate invoices are provided only in PDF format, as an electronic copy of the original invoice.

How do I get a duplicate certificate for my apparel?
To request a duplicate certificate (Electronic copy is always free), please email us at support@cottonmark.co.in, call our toll-free number 1-800-266-7016, or message us on our official WhatsApp number. Be sure to include your government-issued photo ID (matching the name on the invoice), your email address, the original invoice copy, and your physical address if you need a physical copy of the certificate. Please note, there is an additional charge of ₹150.00 INR plus transport/courier charges at actuals for Indian customers, or $2.00 USD plus transport/courier charges at actuals for international customers.
How do I address grievances?
Please write to us at crm@cottonmark.co.in, and one of our customer relationship managers will get in touch with you. You can reach out to them for any issues, including dealership or franchise concerns. Dealers, franchises, or agents can also contact them for any issues.

However, we encourage you to first reach out to the dealer, franchise, or our support team via email or toll-free number, as they are there to assist you. It's not mandatory to go through this route, but it is recommended.
